How to top up your ZaleyCash balance

You can top up your balance in your account in several ways. If one of the options is temporarily unavailable, try another.

1. Bank cards

  • Top-ups from Russian cards go through several acquirers (shown in your account as Gateway 1, Gateway 2, Gateway 3).
  • The fee for each of them is 2.5%.
  • Top-ups from foreign cards are available on request.

Important: self-employed individuals, sole proprietors and companies have access to a separate gateway, which is enabled on request via support.

2. QR code

  • QR code gateway 1, 2, etc. — 2.5% fee

3. E-wallets

  • Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and others) — 1% fee
  • WebMoney — 25% fee.
  • Capitalist — no fee.

4. Affiliate networks

  • Topping up through CPA networks earns a bonus of up to 5%.
  • These funds can only be used to transfer money to an ad network — they cannot be withdrawn to a wallet.
  • The full list of affiliate networks and instructions for topping up through them are here

5. Bank transfers

  • Bank transfers are available for companies and sole proprietors (including payment under a contract).
  • The fee depends on the tax regime.
  • To enable this method, contact your manager or support.
  • Before enabling it, review the current account terms — switching to bank transfers may change them. Details are available at this link.

Important: some payment systems offer several gateways — you can use any of them, they are all equally reliable. If one method is temporarily unavailable (for example, the payment is declined by the bank), simply try another gateway or a QR code — this improves the chances of a successful top-up.

Additional information

  • Balance currencies: RUB, USD, EUR. You can review the conversion terms, convert funds or check the current rate in this section.
  • Verification: the first payment from a new card may be subject to a check (up to 24 hours).
