How to connect a Yandex Direct account

Step 1. Creating a new account

1. Open the Yandex Direct card.
2. Click «Add account».
3. Read and accept the terms of use

Step 2. Fill in all the required fields

1. Passport organisation name

A passport organisation is an organisation within Yandex ID, where:

• One advertising account = one passport organisation
• A single space with centralised management of access and data

Enter a unique passport organisation name without spaces (important!):

• Only letters and digits are allowed
• Special characters (dashes, quotation marks and so on) are not allowed
• The account name cannot contain any spelling of Yandex or derivatives such as «Yandex Direct» and similar. This restriction applies regardless of case, language or spelling.

The field is also filled in automatically, but you can change the name manually if you need a different one.

2. Managing account:

1. Make sure you are signed in to Yandex ID with the email you intend to add.
2. In ZaleyCash, enter that email in the «Managing account» field and click «Add»
3. You will be redirected to a Yandex page — confirm the login by clicking «Sign in as ...»
4. The managing account email will then be added.

If the managing account has already been added:

1. In the «Managing accounts» list, click the one you need to select it.
2. Next to each login there is a «Delete» and an «Update» button

The email in ZaleyCash and in Yandex ID must match. If you are signed in to Yandex with a different email, you will get an error.

3. Enter an email for notifications.

4. Select the organisation type:

• Legal entity
• Sole proprietor
• Individual
• Foreign company

Enter the INN of the company or individual: Important! If your marking profile includes an intermediary, you must enter the intermediary's INN.

5. Click «Create».

Step 3. Marking

There are two ways to mark an advertising account:

1. Right after the advertising account is created, the «Marking» button becomes available.
2. Go to the «Marking» tab, select the account you need and mark it.

All done!

You can now launch campaigns and top up the account.

Where do I find access to the account and how do I switch between organisations?

Your advertising accounts are linked to the managing account you selected.

• Go to Yandex Direct and sign in with the email you previously specified as the managing account.
• Click your avatar in the top right corner.
• Select the organisation you need from the drop-down menu.

Convenient! No more signing out — everything is managed through a single login!

Common mistakes

• The email you entered does not match the one you are signed in with on Yandex:
  • Sign in to the Yandex account whose email you are entering as the managing account in ZaleyCash.
• An invalid passport organisation name:
  • Use only letters and digits, no symbols (for example, «test123» — ✅, «test-123» — ❌).

Good to know

• Adding a new managing account:
  • Enter the new email in the «Managing account» field and click «Add».
  • Existing accounts continue to work as before.
• Rules for passport organisations:
  • Names must be unique (different from one another).
  • You can create an unlimited number of them.
• Managing accounts: 
  • You can link as many accounts as you like.
