The marking profile: a complete guide

A marking profile is a tool in your ZaleyCash account that stores your official business details and is used to automatically submit information about advertising campaigns to the Unified Register of Internet Advertising (ERIR) through an Advertising Data Operator (ORD).

Who needs a profile?

You need a profile if you:

• work with ZaleyCash under a bank transfer contract;
• have signed an application on behalf of a company or sole proprietor to top up by card through a payment gateway;

If you are an individual (topping up your balance by card or cryptocurrency without a bank transfer gateway), creating a profile is optional. Simply select the «Mark without my involvement» option — the service will mark your advertising automatically using its own details.

⚠️ Exception: some ad networks, for example VK Target, do not support automatic marking — in those cases a profile is required regardless.

How to create a marking profile

Go to the «Marking» section → «Marking profiles» and click «Create profile».

The profile consists of three sections.

Profile name

Give the profile a clear name so that you can find it easily when marking advertising accounts.

Example: Romashka LLC (main), Ivanov IE — client X

Section 1. Final advertiser details

Here you enter the party that ordered the advertising first in the whole chain.

Required fields:

• Full company name
• Country of registration
• Organisation type (Russian company, sole proprietor, individual, etc.)
• INN and OGRN / OGRNIP (for Russian organisations)
• Contact phone number

For foreign organisations, enter the registration number instead of the INN.

Section 2. Counterparty (contractor) details

Here you enter the first contractor of the final advertiser, that is, the party working with the advertiser directly under a contract.

You can request the details of the ZaleyCash legal entity from your manager, account manager or support.

For foreign organisations, be sure to provide the registration number.

Section 3. Details of the contract with the final advertiser

Enter the details of the contract signed between the parties from Sections 1 and 2.

Fields to fill in:

• Contract type — selected according to the services contract.
• VAT — tick the box if the contract includes VAT.
• Number and date of signing — from the contract.
• Contract amount — optional. If the system will not accept the form without an amount, entering 0.1 is enough.
• KKTU classifier — choose the code that best reflects the advertiser's line of business.

Important when selecting the «Services contract» type

This is the most common contract type. When you select it, also fill in these fields:

• Contract subject — a contract for arranging the distribution of advertising.
• Description of the actions performed by the intermediary representative — actions aimed at distributing advertising.

Check the values for these fields with your manager or support — they depend on the specific situation.

⚠️ For MyTarget: the «Supplementary agreement» contract type cannot be used.

Saving the profile

Once all sections are filled in, click «Save» — the profile will become available for marking advertising accounts.

How to apply a profile to an advertising account

1. Go to the «Marking» tab.
2. Select the advertising accounts you need.
3. Click «Mark» and choose the profile you created.

Good to know

• One profile — several accounts. A single profile can be applied to any number of advertising accounts.
• You are responsible for the data. The service submits data to the ORD automatically, but keeping the information up to date and compliant with the law is your responsibility.
• Platform requirements differ. Check the marking specifics for each ad network separately.
