Topping up an advertising account

To top up an advertising account, open the card of the ad network you need and click the ruble icon. This opens the top-up page, where you enter the amount and click «Top up». Once confirmed, the money is credited to the advertising balance.

Sometimes topping up is unavailable. The main reasons are:

• The advertising account has not been marked — you can tell by the red warning icon next to the advertising account name.

• The advertising account is still being processed.

• The advertising account is blocked.
  In these cases the top-up function is temporarily unavailable.

Withdrawing funds from an advertising account

Withdrawals work in much the same way: click the ruble icon on the ad network card, switch to the «Withdraw» tab, enter the amount and confirm the operation.

The icon may be inactive for the following reasons:

• The advertising account is blocked.

• This ad network does not allow withdrawals from a blocked advertising account.

In these situations, funds cannot be withdrawn from the account until it is unblocked.

How this works inside the system

In some ad networks connected via API, the balance is displayed and top-ups and withdrawals go through automatically once the network's conditions are met and the operation is confirmed in the interface.

In other ad networks connected manually, the balance may not be displayed, and withdrawing funds requires submitting a request. Once it has been reviewed, managers carry out the operation manually.
