The grade system

The grade system is an automated client reward system based on your turnover in ad networks and on how you top up your ZaleyCash balance. The more you transfer to ad networks, the larger the bonus you receive the following month.

Why the grade system works in your favour

  1. Transparent bonus calculation
You always know exactly how your bonuses are calculated and what affects them
  2. Bonuses are awarded automatically
You no longer need to contact support or your account manager to increase your cashback — it now happens automatically
  3. An individual approach
The system lets you earn better terms depending on how much you transfer, and to combine the budgets of several accounts if you work as a team
  4. Bonuses can be withdrawn
You can accumulate your bonuses and withdraw them from ZaleyCash or spend them on ad networks.

How does the grade system improve your terms?

For example, to earn increased cashback across 3 ad networks (before the grade system was introduced), you had to transfer 3 million rubles to each of them per month — that is 9 million rubles in total. Now you only need to spend 3 million on any one of the ad networks, which is 6 million rubles less.

How do I enable the grade system?

Nothing is required from you — it starts working automatically for everyone.

What is my grade?

You can see your grade on the My terms page.

An example of how a grade is calculated

Everyone starts at grade 1

Let's say you paid 501,000 rubles as an individual.

  • In November you transfer 300,000 rubles to MT and 201,000 rubles to Yandex.
  • Once the money reaches the advertising account, the networks automatically deduct 22% VAT from the budget. That leaves 240,000 and 160,800 rubles respectively.
  • On the grade 1 scale you receive 7% cashback (16,800 rubles) on MT and 3% on Yandex (4,824 rubles).
  • In December there will be a recalculation: your total transfers come to 501,000 rubles, which raises your status to grade 3 with bonuses of +9% on MT and +4% on Yandex.

How does the volume of transfers affect the bonus percentage?

The more you transfer to ad networks during the current month (from the 1st to the last day), the higher the bonus percentage you receive the following month.

What happens if the volume of transfers goes down?

A drop in transfer volumes during the current month leads to a lower bonus percentage the following month.

How do refunds from ad networks affect the ZaleyCash balance?

Money returned from ad networks to your ZaleyCash balance is treated as a reduction in budget volume. Depending on how much you have spent during the current month, this may also reduce your bonus percentage.
