• Withdrawal of the entire amount from the balance of an advertising account is not possible if the advertising account has an active campaign or a campaign in the «in the process of activation» status. The amount available for withdrawal will be equal to the difference between the balance on the advertising account and the reserve funds necessary to ensure the functioning of the campaign until it stops completely. (average processing time for this action is — 30 minutes).
  • Minimum reserv fund — is 300 rubles for each campaign;
  • The reserve amount is calculated based on the last expense for the day

  If you want to withdraw all funds from your account:

  1. Your account must have at least one advertising campaign
  2. All campaigns are in the status - "Campaign is inactive" or "Campaign has been archived"
  3. At least 180 minutes should pass after point 2
